Hi, I'm Sam. I am passionate about improving software delivery efficiency, agility, and quality. My drive is to improve user experience. I love working with Business, Development, and Operations to create the best strategy for delivering software. Once general strategy is drafted, I switch to tactical implementation of ideas, adjusting strategy as we learn more. Professionally, I fall under Program Management because of my strategic thinking and ability to quickly switch between strategy and tactical implementation. My 20+ years of experience and passion is in small to mid-sized companies, where one person tends to hold many responsibilities. I love FinTech with the added complexities of regulation on top of general software delivery. I have been moved across positions and departments within various companies, officially or unofficially, in order to work on the next initiative that is needed for the business. Once we are at a stable point, leadership moves me to the next thing. My ideal job will enable me to exercise my passion for strategic and tactical software delivery.
