About Sam Kazzaz

With more than two decades of marketing experience in the advertising, telecoms and manufacturing industries, I have developed and implemented marketing strategies that have increased revenues. I was lucky to have broad exposure to various industries and the opportunity to grow businesses in B2C and B2B environments. I have steered FMCG brands to win over target audiences in multi-market regions, directed the re-branding of 2 telecommunications companies, resulting in stronger brand equity, developed products that became #1 sellers in the construction segment, implemented NPS programs that have improved customer loyalty, and developed retention programs using customer analytics that resulted in significant bottom line gains, amongst other achievements. Whether in the Manufacturing, Telecoms or FMCG industries, I worked closely with Finance and Sales to develop a holistic Marketing strategy. With a BA degree from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from Nyenrode, I recently completed a Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing from Wharton. An avid reader, I am always curious about methods of improving Marketing efficiency and efficacy.
