In my track record as COO/CFO, we doubled the team size, had a very successful fundraising, set up structure and process, established a fully owned subsidiary abroad, and build brand and product awareness by i) negotiating & signing partnerships, and ii) strategically participating in conferences and event in the Web3 / Bockchain industry.
