Senior insight professional with over 13 years of experience in both client-side and agency roles. Proven track record of developing strategy, turning insight into action and managing people and projects. In my 8 years at Unilever I worked on global brand development as well as category strategy, running various types of research projects from comms development and NPD, to strategy and market intelligence. Working hand-in-hand with some of the largest and most innovative agencies and methodologies in the industry. I also led a team of internal and external data specialists to deliver joined up multi-source recommendations. Prior to that I worked at a full-service research agency working across a variety of sectors including FMCG, Financial Services, Retail & third sector. I led large scale multi-country projects, ensuring client expectations were met to time and budget. I am currently on a short career break to be a full-time parent to my first baby.
