I am currently the Senior Network Manager for a secondary school In London, UK. Responsible for all of the IT systems both computers and other. Since 2002 I have been designing, implemented, supporting and upgrading all aspects of the schools digital systems to keep us current and secure so as to provide staff and students with a safe IT experience that meets their needs. I am responsible for all aspects of the schools IT from building desktop images, implementing Office 365 (OneDrive, Teams, Intune, MFA policies), DSC to increase automation and standardisation of the end user experience, print management which significantly reduced print waste and saved money, implementing automation to reduce human error and free up technician time for other work. Designing and implementing resilient systems like CCTV, Access Control and a new phone system. During the Covid-19 pandemic I lead my team to successfully setup 400 new and existing computers to issue to students for remote learning. I value getting things done right the first time to ensure time and resources are used as efficiently as possible.
