Within my current role as an assistant at Doublegate Country Club I am responsible for the management of the cart staff, the merchandise of the golf shop, yearly budgeting, purchasing and inventory. These skills I have acquired over the past years will help me bring new and refreshing ideas to any business while still presenting an unparalleled customer experience. Additionally, my experiences have given me the opportunity to recreate a junior golf program that has grown exponentially within the last two seasons through marketing. With my experience and education combined I believe that improving customer satisfaction and the quality of all programs is achievable through my efforts. With my knowledge and education I will exceed expectations in growing the customer base while providing exceptional service to new and returning patrons.
