I still remember the first time I found out someone had written their college admissions essay about me. Hearing that somebody had applied because of the conversations we had, I was flattered and humbled that I was able to change someone’s life and provide so much value for their future through listening and genuinely connecting over their needs.Fast forward a few years, and the same desire to create value and solve customer problems has served me well in helping hundreds of people with their technical problems find technical solutions throughout several industries: IT, entertainment, product development, healthcare, higher education and more. The skills I’ve gained in my 7+ years of experience and my ability to distill complex systems into simple concepts for a non-technical audience have been valuable assets to the organizations I’ve worked for:🟣 Strong presentation skills: Regularly presented to groups of 150+ customers, participating in each phase of the process from material creation to post-purchase support, resulting in 6% increase in applicants.🟣 Build trust with customers: Managed deals for 30+ customer projects during award season, ensuring multiple 6-figure deals were completed on time and to the customers’ satisfaction.🟣 Resolve technical problems for customers : Proactively reached out to VIP customers and guided them through circumventing a crucial bug in product systems, saving approx. 200 hours of work across 50 users.🟣 Technical Product Development: Created a REST API for a tabletop-game with 250+ monthly users and detailed technical documentation on its use for non-technical users.I am interested in biking, tabletop gaming, and accessible public transportation.
