I’m currently based in Melbourne and continuing to work remotely for NZ Post as Digital Platform Owner of the Parcel Notifications Service. I’m someone who finds joy at the crossroads of technology and user experience. My journey began in communications, where I learned the art of conveying ideas clearly—something I carry into every project I tackle as a Digital Platform Owner. At NZ Post, I lead the Parcel Notifications Service, helping shape the experience millions of customers have with their parcels each week. One of my proudest moments was upgrading our WebAPI from.NET Framework 4.8 to.NET 8—not just to modernise, but to improve performance and set the platform up for future growth. Seeing the direct impact of those improvements on customer experience and delivery efficiency is what drives me. Before that, I was a Digital Business Analyst at Auckland Council, working across Agile Release Train teams to turn user insight into smarter processes. And earlier still, at Triple0 Medical Recruitment, I introduced automation tools that saved over 100 hours of admin a week—giving the team more time to focus on work that really matters.
