I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science and Science at Monash University, majoring in Advanced Computer Science and Psychology. Alongside my studies, I've been working as an Account Executive at SmartBear, a leading provider of software quality tools for various teams and industries.In my current role, I manage the APAC territory for SmartBear with a primary focus on serving our existing clients in the realm of UI functional testing solutions. I maintain strong relationships with key clients, oversee POC/Evaluations, and promote the adoption and growth of our tools. Previously, I worked extensively on acquiring new business for our solutions. I've collaborated with teams across Asia-Pacific, notably in regions such as Japan, Korea, China, and Indonesia, to support our regional goals. I have hands-on experience with tools like TestComplete, BitBar, and LoadNinja, and use my skills in technology and SaaS sales to effectively introduce these solutions to potential clients. I am passionate about helping clients meet their software quality objectives and prioritize teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction in my approach.
