With more than five years of experience in community association management, I am a certified and expert portfolio manager at HOAMCO, the leading homeowners association management company in the Central Coast region. I oversee and support a team of assistant and community association managers (CAMs) who serve diverse communities of homes, townhomes, and condominiums. I ensure that our managers meet the highest standards and practices of the company and the industry, and that our clients are satisfied with our effective and professional management services.In addition to my portfolio management responsibilities, I also act as a liaison between homeowners, board members, and vendors, facilitating communication and collaboration on various community issues and projects. I leverage my strong skills in content development, client engagement, and staff leadership, which I acquired from my previous roles as a senior copywriter and project manager at Mattel, to create and deliver compelling and consistent brand messaging across multiple channels. I am passionate about enhancing the quality of life and the value of properties for the communities we manage, and I am always looking for new ways to improve our processes and outcomes.
