About Sam Nelson

I'm a commercial litigator with Axia Litigation Lawyers, and I handle a wide range of commercial and civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, property law, will disputes, and equitable/trust claims. I completed my Bachelor of Laws at the University of the Sunshine Coast and am admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. I enjoy the constant learning and the diversity of challenges that come with being a solicitor. I also have over 10 years of experience in financial planning and services, which provides me with assistance in understanding and resolving complex legal/financial issues for my clients. I am passionate about providing high-quality legal services and achieving the best possible outcomes for my clients. In my spare time, you'll find me spending time with my wife Sara and our sons, Charlie and Max. I volunteer at the Suncoast Community Legal Centre, and I am a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Sunshine Coast Law Association. I also support the local AFL community as a player advocate for the Maroochydore Roos.
