About Sam Newbon

As Head of Aftermarket at Autoleague since 2019, I have lead initiatives in recruitment, training, product line development, and acquiring group pricing. I've played a pivotal role in driving increased sales, profitability, and enhancing dealer support. AutoLeague is a National Company with locations across Western Australia, Victoria and Queensland. Previously at the Allen Group from 2011, I began in Aftermarket, achieving five consecutive years as the group's top-performing Consultant. In 2016, I earned a promotion to manage seven Dealerships, later expanding to oversee an additional four over the next three years. During this time, I actively contributed to recruitment, training, and mentoring of consultants, while fostering relationships with key industry product providers.
