About Sam Nivaro

Currently I work as a Senior Product Manager in the retail finance area and I have a long experience of working with development and implementations (both from Business and IT) mostly in the finance sector in different roles like product manager (current), product owner, test and project manager and business analyst. I have also worked in other areas like financial analysis, reporting and pricing and all together this has given me broad experience from financial systems and products. The joint experience of working with these different roles and areas has given me the ability to understand different areas and the interaction between many various personalities. The advantage of multiple roles' has made me capable to always keep the overall picture while at the same time have good insight into the details. My current role is on Nordic level to align prioritization of our development backlog and other Agile Train related activities as we work according to SAFe. The other main task I have on my table is budget and funding related things concerning our development. Requesting, following and securing budget as well a as contract and new development activities with vendors.
