About Sam Ntlaba

For the past 14 years, I have acquired fundamental skills in both Human Capital Management and Skills Development areas. During my time of employment, my roles and responsibilities have spread and accumulated in the following areas of expertise: Skills Development/HRD Training coordination; dealing with external service providers as well as SETA; management of internships, learnerships and bursaries; the development and implementation of policies and procedure; the planning and coordination of successful career development programmes; providing support as well as participate in SD/EE forums; the compilations and submissions of WSP/ATR and implementation thereof; compilation of Training Reports; serve as an advisor with determining training needs and compiling IDPs; implementing improved quality management systems for skills development practices. Training Department Management and Accreditation. Lead the Training Department. Manage technical trainers, Training Providers and the training budget Human Capital Management Ensuring the implementation of policies, processes and procedure in order to support business strategies and plans; providing accurate and comprehensive HC advice and support to clients ensuring legal risks are minimised and appropriately managed and that there is compliance with statutory and company requirements; delivering key HC priorities, activities and operations with confidence and credibility in order to positively influence clients and achieve outcomes. EE and reporting I pride myself in pursuing to achieve my goals and acquiring all the knowledge and information which will assist me in performing to my greatest ability.
