About Sam Page

During my years of recruitment in Boston, Silicon Valley, and New Zealand servicing clients from the size of Apple and Facebook to small start-up companies I have found that successful recruitment consists of the long-lasting, trusted relationships between the consultant, the client, and the candidate. This simply takes time to do right and there are no shortcuts for doing it well. I created AllRecruits as I wanted to give people what I had been looking for in a role. The ability and time to provide better support and experience to our clients and candidates so we can be the best at what we love doing. The design of AllRecruits gives our recruitment consultants the time, the control and the motivation to build those deep relationships while still balancing all those other things in life. Outside of work, I love to kitesurf, mountain bike, ski, and spend time with my family and friends. Occasionally, you’ll find me fixing our house (back in the late 60's it was a cow shed, which presents some interesting challenges).
