With over ten years of experience in the music industry, I have developed strong problem-solving and analytical skills that enable me to manage data quality and accuracy for music royalties. I'm on a Magnit contract assignment as a Music Operations Coordinator with a large tech company. I assist their music team by consulting on process workflows, creating dashboards, and handling contract and financial administration. As a data maintenance manager at BMG, I worked with a cross-functional team to oversee the data entry, validation, and reconciliation processes for royalty statements, contracts, and payments. I also implemented and utilized Jira's Service Desk app to streamline the workflow, communication, and reporting of data issues and resolutions. In addition, I co-founded a music production company, where I applied my knowledge of music business and marketing to create and promote entertainment events. I am passionate about music and data, and I strive to leverage my expertise and competencies to support the growth and innovation of the music industry.
