I am a litigator with over a decade of experience representing multinational and national companies in high-stakes class actions, complex commercial cases and arbitrations, and regulatory matters. My experience also includes defending public agencies in complex class actions. I have served as counsel for clients in a wide range of industries, including insurance, financial services, wealth management, life sciences, marketing, beverage, food processing, and nutritional supplements. My experience includes successfully helping clients defend against claims for violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, fraud, violations of unfair competition and business practices law, trade secret misappropriation, business interference, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. I understand the complexities and costs associated with litigating class actions and the ever-changing landscape of class action law. I have spent my career effectively and efficiently guiding clients through all phases of class actions, including discovery, summary judgment, class certification, expert motions, pre-trial work, and settlement. I have helped clients defeat class actions on the merits and at the certification stage and have implemented strategies for clients that have significantly reduced exposure prior to settlement.I am also an active member of the United States District Court, Central District of California’s Pro Se Clinic, where I provide guidance to individuals representing themselves in federal civil actions.
