Selected Accomplishments: I developed a weekly project update template for major project stakeholders. The template was rolled out to all project managers on the operations project team at request of project stakeholders. This template reduced weekly phone calls requesting updates by 90%. Constructed a folder structure specific to Management of Change (MOC) projects to reduce time spent looking through project files, eliminated empty folder structures. Traveled to all facilities, meeting with facility managers and developing a communication strategy. This strategy included a 2 hour response time for all project related inquiries from stakeholders (General Managers, Facility Managers). Set a personal goal of 10 minute response time, achieved this goal for 90% of responses and 100% of urgent issues. Managed turnaround of Fox Creek Full-Service Terminal, including completion of 10 MOC projects including tank turnarounds and equipment upgrades, plant was removed from service for 1 month. Turnaround was completed without incident, 10% under total budget of and plant was returned to service 1 day ahead of schedule.
