About Sam Peace

As an aquatics supervisor at Waterside Garden Centre, I assist in the day to day running of the store and offer advice to clients and customers. I have a background in paraplanning, having worked as a paraplanner at Landmark IFA for two years. I have developed core competencies in customer service, financial planning, and aquatic care.In my previous role as a paraplanner, I supported a team of financial advisers in preparing reports, research, and recommendations for clients. I also liaised with product providers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. In my current role as an aquatics supervisor, I apply my paraplanning skills to provide accurate and reliable information to customers, as well as to manage the inventory, budget, and health and safety of the aquatic department. I am passionate about enhancing the customer experience and the welfare of the aquatic animals. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to any team, as well as a collaborative and supportive attitude.
