What keeps me going to work every day? My answer is simple— the people. I am obsessed with connecting with people, whether that is building cross-functional relationships, managing teams, or discussing our weekend plans. I love learning what motivates people, and I am inspired and fulfilled by others’ accomplishments. My career started in research, ranging from elections and voter access to maternal and child health to behavioral neuroendocrinology. While I was intrigued by effecting change through research, I was still craving connection that I could not find in the lab or behind a spreadsheet.Now, I have found my passion in management and operations.I build and support teams, empowering people to do their best work every single day. As an operations manager, I expertly balance compassionate people management with strategic operations development. I am fueled equally by both pursuits, as operations should always include both people and process. I scale processes and teams, and I am a go-to person for strategy, knowledge, and support.
