I’m a 21-year media executive, on-air personality, and creative leader passionate about transforming both industries and lives. For 17 years at Urban One, I’ve led cross-functional teams in programming, promotions, marketing, and production—building innovative digital strategies, partnerships, and national campaigns for some of the world’s top brands. As a heart attack survivor, I’m committed to using my story to spark change. My #HeartStrong advocacy is fueled by a decade as a board member for the Greater Cleveland American Heart Association, national service with their Communications & Marketing Committee, and board work promoting community wellness and cycling with Bike Cleveland. Currently, I’m channeling my experiences into authorship, writing “Plus More Life: A #HeartStrong Story”—a memoir about resilience, redefining wellness, and breaking generational cycles. Whether I’m launching a new campaign, mentoring a team, or sharing my story on stage, I strive to lead with authenticity, connect people, and inspire positive impact.
