Last assigned as the Command Chief Warrant Officer of the 110th Aviation Brigade (largest warrant officer population in the world), United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence. Responsible for the mentorship and talent management of 360 warrant officers, primarily Standardization Officers and Instructor Pilots for four subordinate organizations. Multiple positions of responsibility at company, battalion and brigade staff. Led a platoon in combat in Iraq with more than 220 million dollars worth of equipment. Served as a platoon leader rating 12 warrant officers, four Dept of the Army Civilians and senior rating 28 Non-commissioned Officers. Experience in leadership of personnel and equipment is vast with an emphasis on training and taking care of Soldiers so that they have a healthy environment in which to work.
