As CIO and Senior Vice President Director, I see first hand the need to navigate portfolios of work across teams and departments everyday. Companies are all striving to keep pace and evolve in a rapidly evolving technology driven world. Those who can adapt, respond and execute most efficiently are the ones who thrive. This challenge is what makes me come back for more each day. I love being right in the middle of the action, problem solving and innovating, with a dedicated smart team. I grew up playing sports, so I learned from a young age that a collaborative, empowered and accountable environment is what makes a team thrive. That’s true in business too—the spirit of teamwork drives us forward and at Huntington I am lucky to be working with a group of people who are collectively committed to the teams success. Day to day you can find me focused on answering these key questions: • What can we do to make work easier? • How can we be better today than we were yesterday? • How can we serve our customers needs quickly and efficiently? When I’m not at Huntington, you can find me in the kitchen. I love hosting dinner parties with great food and great friends—there's nothing quite as special as sharing a meal with company.
