About Sam Reichenbacker

As an Associate Expert Science and Technology at Novartis and a Surgical Lab Coordinator at Gyroscope Therapeutics, I manage the day to day operations of engineering and surgical labs focused on ophthalmic device development. I have a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Simpson College and a deep understanding of pathological disease and anatomical interaction of body systems. In my current roles, I coordinate and execute surgeon development labs, manage the fleet of equipment across multiple sites and countries, and plan and implement lab expansion projects to meet internal and industry standards. I also create and manage HSE programs to ensure the safety of employees and specimens within the lab settings. I have a track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a teaching and learning environment for lab staff, residents, and students.
