The vision is further developed through technical schematic design, including tools like sketching and design software. Design Development • Beauty is in the details. Through this phase, schematic designs and conceptual drafts are developed and adapted to ensure maximum value in the final concept. Programs, layouts, resourcing, construction drawings and execution are established to materialize the concept. Emphasis is placed on communication pertaining to quality assurance, budget and timeline.
