With over 4 years of work experience in the IT field, I am a passionate and skilled IT Coordinator who strives to provide excellent customer service, efficient asset management, and accurate reporting. Previously I have worked at Unlimited Construction Service. I brought diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in hospitality management and have worked in different sectors, such as HR, retail, and technology.Previously as an IT Coordinator at Unlimited Construction Services, I was responsible for monitoring and ensuring IT tickets are completed in a timely manner, completing IT tickets when able to, creating and maintaining asset tracking systems, creating reports using various programs, and monitoring and purchasing inventories for all offices and jobsites. I have demonstrated my proficiency in Microsoft and Procore products, as I have obtained multiple certifications, such as MTA: Windows Operating System Fundamentals, Procore Certified: Student, and Procore Certification: Procore Administrator. I have also leveraged my skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power BI, Power Apps, Access, and Procore to create and maintain asset tracking systems and reports that provide valuable insights and data for the company.
