I love to dig into complex problems and solve them with data, technical knowledge, and an understanding of my customers' priorities. I've worked across a variety of industries including healthcare, corrections, agricultural research, industrial supply, HVAC and plumbing, and beyond, and I've learned that success is driven by delivering key outcomes, learning quickly, and collaborating with amazing teams. My commitment to excellence has been recognized with nomination-driven awards from various employers and positioned me as a leader within my teams. Throughout my career, my professional and personal experiences have taught me the following about myself-I put the customer (whether internal or external) at the center of everything I do-I thrive in the details and love managing large data sets and complex issues. There is nothing more satisfying than a good spreadsheet-I am a constant learner and seek mastery. If there isn't an expert already, I strive to become the expert-Although I am a true introvert and prefer to do my difficult tasks independently, I deeply enjoy creating meaningful relationships and collaborating with internal teams and customers Outside of my core job function, I am passionate about elevating women in technology and the workplace as a whole. I serve as the Chair of Billtrust's Women's Employee Resource Group, where I am responsible for coordinating community outreach and philanthropy events, volunteering opportunities, development book clubs, professional development resources, and more to support women at Billtrust and beyond. In my free time, you'll most likely find me hitting the trails in the Colorado Rockies, adding books to my "To Read" list, crafting, or trying (in vain) to teach my dog new tricks.
