About Sam Singh

Sam is a serial entrepreneur, author and is currently the Founder and Chief Excecutive of his 4th start-up venture, Tripler, a unique AI powered platform that triples sales conversion for residential real estate. Tripler was recently nominated by Gulf Business Magazine as ‘Proptech Company Of The Year 2023’. Sam has recently authored his second book about the role of AI in Real Estate sales and is working on his next title about the business acumen of his Highness Sheikh Mohammed, Prime Minister of the UAE. In a career spanning 24 years, Sam has built and successfully exited multiple companies. A marketing company, Candid Marketing, built from scratch into market leadership and then sold to a LSE listed group in 2006. A hotel development company (Milestone Hospitality Ltd) built and sold to a US Private Equity Fund in 2012 & marked his 2nd exit a few years later. This was followed by a real estate focused technology company, I-Homes, built again from scratch to market leadership in global emerging markets including India & Dubai. In 2014/2015. Sam stepped down from the company at the height of its success and divested control to its principal PE Investors. 2 years after he exited the he company it was subsequently restructured and sold. Sam served as the Chairman of the Business and Entrepreneurs Forum for the UK for a period of 2 years and has in the past chaired the Young Entrepreneurs Organisation in Asia. Sam divides his time between London and Dubai and is focused to building his latest venture Tripler into a truly unique global tech driven property sales and transaction services platform for real estate.
