As a CIPD qualified and experienced trainer, I'm passionate about helping others improve their skills and reach their full potential. Throughout my career, I have honed my ability to design and deliver effective training programs that empower learners to master complex software applications and tools. I have a proven track record in creating engaging and interactive training sessions, delivered both in person and remotely, that cater to different learning styles and needs. With a strong background in working with different software applications and a keen eye for detail, I am able to provide my trainees with practical, real-world examples that help them apply what they learn in the classroom to their day-to-day work. In addition to my training expertise, I am also experienced in project management used as part of my customer onboarding role. I've led numerous software onboarding projects from start to finish and this gives me a unique perspective on how software tools are developed and used, which I am able to share with my learners to help them better understand the software they are learning. I'm committed to providing a tailored experience for each client. I utilise my experience in the industry, alongside my listening and communications skills developed as part of my work as a psychotherapist to develop strong relationships with clients and to support them in achieving their goals as aligned with their business strategy. My expertise lies in implementing onboarding strategies that are tailored to each customer's unique needs and preferences. I guide new clients through the setup process, answering questions and providing support and training sessions and materials. My aim is to ensure that every customer has a smooth and successful onboarding experience. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients from a wide range of industries, each with their own specific requirements and challenges. This has given me a wealth of experience in identifying and addressing potential roadblocks early on, and developing effective solutions.
