As a licensed Wastewater Treatment Operator working for a dewatering equipment manufacturer, I specialize in performing start-ups and providing comprehensive operator training for various facilities. My role involves not only ensuring that the equipment is set up and operational but also empowering plant staff with the knowledge and skills they need to effectively manage their dewatering processes. During training sessions, I focus on a variety of critical aspects, including the safe and efficient operation of screw presses, belt presses, rotary drum thickeners, polymer mixing pumps, and venturi mixers. My goal is to create an engaging learning environment where operators feel comfortable asking questions and practicing their skills. I conduct these training sessions in person, often breaking them into multiple segments to allow for thorough coverage of each topic.
