About Me With 16 years of experience in the gas industry, I’ve built expertise across both domestic and commercial sectors. Currently based in Sydney, Australia, I serve as a Commercial Catering Engineer at Gasforce, working on a diverse range of equipment to keep businesses running smoothly. Professional Experience At Gasforce, I handle repairs, servicing, and installations for a variety of gas and electrical commercial appliances. My skill set spans everything from combi ovens, dishwashers, fryers, and glasswashers to hydronic heating systems (or central heating boilers up to 75kW, as we say in the UK). I also work with hot water systems, fireplaces, and plumbing.
