A Degree qualified Engineer currently employed as Lead Reliability, Maintainability and System Safety Engineer with Honeywell Aerospace Yeovil (HAY). Has a detailed understanding of qualitative and quantitative analytical methods, including design appraisals, reliability predictions, FMEA/FMECA production, Common Mode Analysis and Fault Tree Analysis. Extensive experience in conducting reliability predictions, FMECAs and FTAs across multiple platforms on Environmental Control Systems, Hydraulics, Life Support Systems and Control & Data Systems. Extensive experience with Failure Reporting And Corrective Action Systems (FRACAS) and how to apply it to in-service equipment in order to aid research and development for new and improved products. Significant experience in carrying out maintainability analysis and maintainability predictions - RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance), MSG-3 (Maintenance Steering Group), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) analysis, MME (Maintainability and Maintenance Evaluation), MMEL (Master Minimum Equipment List) and LSA (Logistics Support Analysis). Extensive experience in both the production and assessment of qualitative and quantitative System Safety analyses (including Fault Tree Analysis, Common Mode Analysis, Reliability Block Diagrams and Event Tree Analysis). Has supported and presented RMSS analysis to both internal and external customers as well as to validation and verification groups
