I possess excellent analytical skills, which enable me to identify key opportunities and develop effective strategies to maximise success. Beyond my technical skills, I am also a dedicated communicator and team player. I find great joy in working with teams to achieve shared goals and celebrate collective achievements. My role as a PE Subject lead has provided me opportunities to establish this further. Continuous learning and personal growth are integral parts of my professional journey. I am always seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and stay updated with the latest industry trends. I am an avid reader, attend education conferences and workshops, and actively engage in online communities to stay connected and informed. In addition to my professional endeavours, I am passionate about moving. The gym, sport and moving (whether that be running, swimming or cycling), provide me with a well-rounded perspective and help me maintain a healthy work-life balance.
