About Sam Turman

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare information technology, I specialize in making complex solutions clear, pragmatic, and valuable for providers and health systems. My career began at Athenahealth, where I moved from sales into implementation to deepen my understanding of healthcare workflows. That foundation led me to roles at Community Health Systems, Health Catalyst, and multiple startups in sales engineering, customer success, and product design. Along the way, I’ve built and led high-performing solution consulting teams, shaped go-to-market strategies, and partnered with some of the nation’s largest health systems. What drew me to Arrowhealth was seeing the work the team was doing to transparently and simply solve a massive problem I had never seen fixed in healthcare. I knew I had to be part of that mission. Now, as Vice President Solution Design, I bring together my expertise in ambulatory EHR workflows and enterprise health system solutions to help providers achieve true interoperability. What excites me most is guiding clients from the vision of a solution through design, implementation, and measurable success, making their work easier and their outcomes stronger. I’m known for my transparency, creativity, and ability to simplify the complex. At my core, I love architecting value for partners and creating manageable paths to achieve it.
