I consider myself a talented, professional, and well-motivated individual who has consistently achieved my career aspirations as a direct result of hard work and dedication. I have performed in my career roles where it was vital to ensure that all process, procedures and systems within the office were running as efficiently and effectively as possible to maximise throughput. The roles I have undertaken have also required me to effectively monitor the operations of the team/teams under my management. This was to ensure that all enquiries, administrative tasks and any other tasks associated with my team were dealt with in line with company Service level agreements and Key Performance Indicator requirements, as well as to the highest of standards. It has also been my responsibility to ensure that all staff under my management had the necessary skills to fulfil their roles within the team as well as their roles within the wider office framework in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. Where required I have also taken on hands on roles to assist and support the staff whom I managed with queries and tasks, which they have needed, support or guidance to complete. I believe that all the work I have done has given me a well rounded and proportioned view of the working environment as a whole, it has also allowed me to develop inherent skills, as well as learning new ones. I am now looking to develop these skills further and to grow and learn with a dynamic employer who will reward employee’s who consistently deliver on targets and who have the drive to succeed in the roles they undertake.
