As a current Customer Success Specialist/past Customer Success Manager, I am a very driven and focused - keeping the needs and future business goals of my clients at the forefront. I am not afraid of new challenges, enjoy problem-solving and establishing a true team spirit amongst my co-workers. I have strong work ethics and I am a very flexible employee; I like to think outside of the box - actually think like there is no box. I believe in creative innovation and that there really are no dumb questions. I believe a positive attitude in the workplace and sunny disposition are paramount! Laughter truly is the best medicine. Although both my current career and society in general is extremely techno-centric, I strongly feel face-to-face interaction and direct verbal contact are still the ways in which we should communicate, if we are to keep our clients happy, keep our families truly connected, and simply maintain our 'humaness.' Goals? As a teenager I wanted to write for the National Geographic magazine and dabbled with the thought of becoming a seismologist. I settled on being a hobby earthquake tracker and have wrote articles for several newspapers and magazines over the years, I have had a poem published, and occasionally write eulogies and sermons.
