Experienced athletic performance coach and physiotherapist. Originally from Brisbane, I've had the opportunity to live and work in Brisbane, Gold Coast, the United Kingdom and now Sydney. Completed my bachelor degree in sport & exercise science (honours) and concurrently acquired my ASCA Level 2 'Pro' accreditation to specialise in athletic development. In the years that followed I obtained a Doctor of Physiotherapy to become an AHPRA registered physiotherapist. My overarching passion is to help people by developing high-performance systems within individuals. Each person's 'high-performance enviornment' is different and thus their high-performance systems will vary. I use my passion for athletic development, physiotherapy and healthcare to facilitate this. It is my belief that I can utilise these three professional areas to help people from all walks of life.
