About Sam Warner

My passion for real estate has led me to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Brigham Young University. My past position as a sales manager was a means to obtain the capital and interpersonal skills that are required in the world of Real Estate and business in general.However, Real Estate hasn't simply been an interest for me. I put this passion into action at the beginning of 2022 when I bought my first rental property with my brothers in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I spearheaded the financial decisions and acquisitions process to lead a cash-flowing investment. I had to learn and execute the stages of due diligence, loan negotiation, and other asset management skills with very little guidance. I had to collaborate with my brothers and use any resources at my disposal to learn these things. It was a truly humbling and enlightening experience that taught me invaluable skills such as decision-making under pressure, negotiation, and unanimous team collaboration. This experience made me think of ways to scale these investments.That is how I discovered my desire to work in Commercial Real Estate Investments. I am fascinated by what these funds do, and I want to bring my education from BYU and the things I learned in my personal experience to firms that are looking to innovate and excel in the vast world of Commercial Real Estate.Feel free to reach out!
