I have worked within the legal sector in Worcester since as a Legal Account Cashier and in 2019 also promoted to Office Manager. My position in the company gives me various lines of work. My account position has given me experience with ALB Case and Matter Management software system, Sage 50 payroll, Partner 4 Windows,purchase ledgers, weekly and monthly reconciliations. Month end and year end submissions, as well as the daily procedures of client ledgers. All aspects of office procedures are covered, invoices, purchase ledger office account, payroll, holidays and sickness Within Whatley Weston & Fox I help in the day to day running of 3 charities where I volunteer with the balancing of accounts and taking care of any resident of the Almshouses. Since being promoted to Office Manager I have been involved in the reconfiguration of new computers, server and phone system for the firm which has involved a lot of planning and organization to avoid disruption around the office. January 4th 2022 Whatley Weston & Fox merged with Hallmark Hulme and my employment continues within Hallmark Whatley Hulme My previous employment was within the Licensed retail in the service industry where emphasis was on exceeding customer expectations. As a Manager, it was important to have great attitude for front of house. My responsibilities included working behind the bar, Running a very busy restaurant, preparing and organising functions including weddings, public relations, dealing with accounts and purchasing stock, payroll, interviewing new staff and training staff. Gaining a lot managerial experience in this field also opens up the possibility of owning my own bar/restaurant.
