Residential HVAC technician- Assist HVAC technician to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintenance residential HVAC systems: furnace, air-conditioner, heat pump, air handler, water heater, boiler, humidifier, HEPA filter system.HVAC Project engineer - Prepare cost estimation, sub-trade and materials quotation, purchase order, interim payment, budget control - Design chiller plant room and mechanical room layout; air duct, pipe and electrical wiring routing; BMS schematic & field device installation - Design, sizing & install air ducts, water pipes, and electrical wiring routes comply to all applicable codes & standards - Select proper HVAC equipment for site installation - Provide calculation, suggestion and solution to improve indoor air quality and space comfort - Interpret and comprehend LV and DDC blueprint and concept: control panel wiring diagram; BACnet/IP & MS/TP, Modbus TCP/IP, analog I/O, digital I/O & etc- Instruct workers in installation of: chiller plant major equipment, DDC field equipment, VRF, VAV, air ductwork, water pipework, Motor Control Center, control panel, electrical wiring & etc- Assist testing and commissioning work to HVAC system: air balancing, water balancing, continuity & mega ohm test, BAS & etc- Site supervision of 20+ sub-trade employees: sheet metal, water pipework, electrical, BAS side, T&C and maintenance - Liaise with stakeholder: Client, consultant, main contractor, tradesman, supplier & etc.
