He moved to the Sacramento area from Orange County were he started his Real Estate Career, Sam moved to Elk Grove over 25 years ago because the New Homes in Elk Grove were so affordable & it was such a nice new family area, Only Minutes from downtown Sacramento, close to outdoor activites, rivers, lakes and even the ocean. Including all that San Francisco & Lake Tahoe offer. He stayed in the Elk Grove area because he met & fell in love with his wonderful wife after selling her a home over 20 yrs ago. Pati retired from the Elk Grove Unified School District after working there for over 24 yrs. We are so proud of our Daughter who graduated from Public Schools in Elk Grove, Attended UCLA & Michigan State College of Human Medicine and is not a Pediatrician in Orange County
