I have15 years of experience working as a liaison between consumers and corporations. Skilled communicator and listener with a knack for remedying conflict and keen organizational skills which allow for effective delivery of outstanding service. I have been responsible for the productivity effectiveness and continuous improvement of my team by providing ongoing development coaching and direction to my team members to meet objectives and SLA’s. I have taken ownership of regular performance activities cascade key messages throughout my team to ensure a knowledgeable workforce as well as manage client escalations to ensure the customer experience is premium. I understand business operations and can bring together cross-functional workflows to consistently achieve customer productivity and strategic objectives. Recently I have successfully completed my Certificate IV in Project Management Practice helping me to have some basic Project Management exposures.
