The following are the attributes that make me take pride in myself as a professional in my craft- I possess a Master's degree in Digital Experience & Innovation from the University of Waterloo, including a Graduate Certificate in International Business from Sheridan Institute and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Multimedia from McMaster University- For over eight years, I have worked with start-ups, business leaders and large enterprises across various industries in consulting better strategies with stakeholders to solve the needs of customers and end users while taking business goals into consideration- I have a proven track record of working creatively with cross-functional teams where I led the experience design of generating innovative concepts that delivered ongoing digital customer service through delightful and intuitive user experiences for all types of audiences- I am adept at mentoring associate/junior UX designers and aspirants, helping them grow and build their design skills so they can confidently excel in their career journey.
