I am a driven, collaborative business professional who is highly organised, personable and proactive. My personal values encompass integrity – being true to yourself and your convictions; humility – the ability to be honest with yourself, teachable and open to change and accountability – taking responsibility for your own acts and behaviors. Since starting my career, I have repeatedly proven my ability to creatively solve problems, mitigate risks and deliver business results under pressure. In recognition of my strong work ethic and abilities, I have been promoted four times while working at the IMI Group. After working in the Power, Oil and Gas sector for 14 years, I wanted a challenge and a way to give back to the community. I found that when I joined the Business for Development team, looking to make a difference by bringing enterprise to those in poverty.
