About Samantha Aaron

While growing my education at Illinois State University, I held roles within team environments and organizations centered around management and team leadership. Within this, gaining project analysis and problem solving tactics to aid these organizations and teams in success. In addition, I established my biggest strength and passion was growing my network. I have found throughout my professional and educational environments that making a new connection is the best way to expand my knowledge and skillset. While working to grow my network, I had many opportunities to gain career support and expand my relationships with other intelligent professionals. This has helped me excel in my professional communication and presentation maneuvers. Throughout my years of gaining these opportunities and skills I was able to put them to practice while bringing my own optimism and curiosity with me. I have worked in many different workplace environments and collaborated with a variety of individuals that assisted in growing my experiences and I am thankful for the team members, mentors, professors, and co-workers that have helped me gain skills along the way such as strategic planning, leadership, workplace organization, and time management.
