About Samantha Anderson

A well-organised, attentive and methodical manager, with several years' experience. I have worked within the contact center environment for over 20 years, with the last 10 years at managerial level and I am accustomed to functioning within uniquely high-pressure environments. Not only being responsible for the lead on change, demonstrates high levels of communication skills, alongside the ability to negotiate front line performance, but also taking and influence across different levels. Working in my current role as Head of Operations, my responsibilities vary from overall responsibility for the performance of the department, to account management and stake holder relationships, alongside tendering and new business opportunities. I have utilised my knowledge and experience to measurably improve performance on all levels and I take a great personal pride in knowing that customers, are receiving the great service that they expect. I'm now seeking a fresh challenge, representing a new opportunity to employ my abilities within an organisation that recognises them as the asset they are.
