I am an adaptable and results-driven professional with a strong foundation in Human Resources Management and have a passion for giving back to the community. I started our organization's Volunteer Committee and together, we have successfully supported various organizations such as JA Biz Town, hosted a Middle School Backpack Drive, participated in the Walk to Defeat ALS, contributed to the Cards for Soldiers, and more. Through our initiatives, we've donated, volunteered, and made a positive impact on causes like the SPCA, women's shelters, and food banks. In addition to my volunteer leadership, I actively mentor students by volunteering for mock interviews at multiple Universities where I assist students in building interview skills and creating strong resumes. I also organized my organization's first Student's Day for a senior high school student, fostering professional development and guidance.I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a 3.9/4.0 GPA and have been on the Dean’s List every semester from 2021-2024.With a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to personal and professional growth, I consistently deliver results and support my team in achieving success. I believe in fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and trust while upholding transparency and confidentiality in all aspects of my work.
