About Samantha Ezzo

In the recruiting world and everywhere else we need to listen to people's needs and meet them where they are right now. I am a marketer, problem solver, mentor, leader, empath and emotional connector. I design the big picture by being in touch with the hearts and minds of the humans and businesses I lead. I drive change through various levels within my organization, lending influence to the internal and external operations and marketing efforts. I represent the company's purpose and values through all channels. Consumers are making purchasing decisions based on more than a brand's attributes, they are making decisions based on they way we make them feel. People no longer buy things, they buy into things. I use social media, email marketing and storytelling to share our ecosystem, create transparency and value for the consumer. Customer experience is a competitive market, it is my job to understand how to support the humans within my organization so they can provide a transformative journey. I strive to deliver more human and intuitive experiences at every brand touchpoint with a customer-first mindset. Internally, my purpose is to create a culture and a vibration that is three-dimensional. My current professional focus is to scale Curare Physcian Recruiting and create a place our humans can call home.
