I’m a Registered Nurse with experience in high-acuity pediatric, neonatal, surgical, and pediatric hospice settings, and a growing focus on clinical quality, patient safety, and process improvement. Working in Level NICU, Pediatric ICU trauma care, case management, and the Operating Room has required meticulous documentation, regulatory awareness, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure safe, compliant, and effective care.Through both bedside nursing and case management, I’ve developed a systems-focused perspective and a strong interest in identifying workflow gaps, improving processes, and supporting adherence to best practices and standards. I’m especially drawn to roles that allow me to evaluate care delivery from a broader lens and contribute to quality assurance, auditing, compliance, and patient safety initiatives.My clinical background allows me to recognize risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement from frontline experience, while my care coordination experience strengthened my ability to assess care plans holistically and communicate across teams.
