About Samantha Hoffman

My name is Samantha Hoffman and I'm from Annapolis Maryland and currently attend Thiel College. I am a proud Exercise science student here at Thiel College, as well as a proud member of the Women's soccer and softball team. In the future, I plan to help student-athletes achieve their sports goals with minimal/minor injuries. I would help by making sure all athletes were properly taken care of for their specific injuries. My career goal is to one day be an athletic trainer for a professional team and help some of the top-ranked players achieve their goals with minimal/minor injuries. I'm very passionate about helping student-athletes prevent career-ending injuries and reaching all goals that they have set for themselves. Also with injuries among the student-athletes population depression plays a big role, As an athletic trainer, I want to help the student-athletes recover quickly and efficiently. In addition, I want the student-athletes to feel comfortable enough to talk to me and understand that I am there for them. Mental health always plays a part in physical health, overall my passion is to help Student-athletes believe in themselves and achieve their goals while providing them with the healthcare they need.
